The Hoffmann Sr. Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking driven, motivated, and coachable entrepreneurs to join our team. Our mission is to help protect families nationwide with life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advice. This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped commissions paid daily. Agents have the opportunity to build their own teams, obtain contractual ownership of their agencies, create passive income, and build a legacy for their families.

What we do:

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and both virtual and in-person training.
• Work with warm leads from families requesting coverage.
• Meet virtually with families to protect them through various products.
