Job summary

Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking a flexible, commission-based sales role focused on mortgage protection and financial products. You will learn to guide conversations, present coverage options, and support clients through applications, with training provided and a remote-friendly setup.

You'll manage client outreach, research options, and meetings, with a performance-based income structure and a path to building income from day one.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Commission-based income with uncapped potential.
• Remote work with optional in-person meetings.
• Structured onboarding and ongoing training.
• Access to systems, tools, and support to succeed.
• Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time).

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach (6–8 hrs/week): Connect with individuals who have already requested information and schedule reviews.
• Preparation & Research (4–5 hrs/week): Review client information and prepare personalized coverage options.
• Client Meetings (2 days/week): Meet with clients virtually or in person to review options and assist with applications.
• Light Admin (2 hrs/week): Follow up on applications and communicate with insurance carriers as needed.
