Qualifications
- No insurance experience required; company provides training and support.
- Open to recent graduates, early-career professionals, or career changers.
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, leadership, athletics, or other people-focused roles can be a strong foundation.
Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals and families who requested information by phone or Zoom.
- Conduct financial protection consultations by phone and Zoom.
- Learn client needs and present suitable solutions.
- Build and manage your own book of business.
- Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills.
- Build and manage your client pipeline and relationships.
- Licensing assistance and training support are provided.
