Job summary

Blake Guy State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison across departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to meet customers’ needs.

The position emphasizes responsive customer service, lead development, and maintaining long-term relationships while supporting sales growth for State Farm products and financial services.

• Experience in sales, especially meeting targets.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across inquiries, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and trust with the agency.
