You will quote, present, and cross-sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Life, and Health insurance while leveraging your active licenses to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Active Life & Health license.
• Demonstrated insurance sales experience.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Quote and sell a range of insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Life, and Health insurance.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional coverage and financial services.
• Cross-sell Life Insurance and Financial Services products to existing customers.
• Follow up with internet leads, referrals, and agency-generated opportunities.
• Educate clients on policy options and recommend tailored solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using State Farm systems.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall agency performance.
