Responsibilities

• Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Answer the phone promptly for new business opportunities.
• Quote and close business using established systems and underwriting guidelines.
• Understand underwriting requirements to ensure the best client experience.
• Follow up on leads and manage activity in the lead system consistently.
• Maintain compliance with Allstate and agency guidelines and procedures.
• Attend team meetings and communicate progress and concerns.
