The Anderson Johnson Agency is a remote, commission-based life insurance agency partnering with licensed agents across the United States. You will connect with clients, conduct virtual appointments, assess needs, and present tailored life insurance solutions while benefiting from mentor‑led support and structured onboarding.

We provide warm leads, CRM and virtual sales tools, and ongoing training. Flexible scheduling allows part‑time or full‑time engagement in a supportive environment.

The Anderson Johnson Agency is an independent insurance agency focused on protecting families through personalized life insurance solutions. We are selectively adding licensed life insurance agents who are professional, coachable, and interested in long‑term growth within a supportive environment.

This is a remote, commission‑based opportunity for licensed agents who want access to quality leads, mentorship, and a proven sales process without micromanagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with clients who have requested information
• Conduct phone or Zoom appointments
• Assess client needs and present appropriate life insurance solutions
• Follow up professionally and consistently
• Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship

What We Provide:

Qualifications:

• Active life insurance license (required)
• Comfortable with commission‑based compensation

• Location: Remote – United States

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• S. resident (currently hiring in the U.S. only)
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (we help with this)
