The Hoffmann Sr. Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking driven, motivated, and coachable entrepreneurs to join us in protecting families across the nation with life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advice. This is a commission-based sales role with uncapped commissions paid daily. Agents have the opportunity to build their own teams and gain contractual ownership of their agencies, creating passive income and building a legacy.

What We Do

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and training, both virtual and in-person
• Work with warm leads from families requesting coverage
