Jake Ottoson - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our remote, US-based team. The role involves greeting customers, scheduling, handling inquiries, and maintaining records while identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.

We value organization, customer focus, strong communication, and comfort with sales conversations. Must have State Farm experience and licensing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• MUST have 1-2 Years of State Farm Experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
