Qualifications

• Able to learn computer functions.
• Team player and cooperative in a collaborative environment.
• Must be currently licensed.
• Must have prior State Farm experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Use knowledge of State Farm products to recommend, explain and sell policies to cold and warm leads.
• Use a needs-based review to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products.
