The Colburn Farmers Agency, part of Farmers Insurance District 04, is actively seeking two producers in Texas to join a high-performing team. After training, you will sell Property & Casualty policies to individuals and small businesses, follow up on leads, and tailor coverage to client needs.

Requirements include an active Texas General Lines P&C license and at least 1 year of sales experience; strong communication and tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license (required).
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience with success.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use virtual tools (Zoom, CRMs, Email).

Responsabilités

• Sell Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals and small businesses.
• Follow-up on agency provided leads developing relationships and referrals.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations.
• Quote and bind policies from multiple carriers.
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures.
• Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Document all client interactions in CRM.
