Job summary

ServiceMaster Emergency Management Team is hiring a full-time Insurance Agent Marketer in Los Angeles County. You will develop relationships with Insurance Agents to refer work and grow EMT's footprint in Southern California.

The role requires traveling to agencies, logging activities in company software, and representing EMT at meetings. Competitive commission and benefits are offered, with flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing/sales.
• Knowledge of the restoration or insurance industry a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with Insurance Agents in Orange County.
• Visit local Insurance Agencies daily to identify opportunities and check in with clients.
• Log all contacts and activities in company software.
• Be available by phone, text, or email to accept new losses and coordinate scheduling.
• Represent EMT at local insurance meetings and functions as a spokesperson.
