Job summary
Stratford Davis LLC is expanding its remote sales division and seeks ambitious agents to represent life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and annuity products. This 100% remote role offers flexible 4-day weeks, direct lead access, and elite coaching to drive growth in a self-motivated, work-from-home environment.
Candidates must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health license and excel in digital communication, CRM use, and video presentations.
Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements.
- Strong digital communication and CRM navigation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to maintain focus in a home-based role.
- Desire to grow into agency leadership and scalable sales leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
- Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and reviews.
- Engage in daily training stand-ups, coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
