Branch Financial, LLC is seeking an Insurance Financial Reporting Manager to own statutory financial reporting from NAIC filings through the audit. The role collaborates with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Insurance teams to ensure data reliability and regulatory alignment.

You’ll lead the annual audit, manage PBCs, and drive process improvements. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field and 8+ years in property and casualty insurance finance with statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years in property & casualty insurance finance or accounting with statutory reporting experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating a statutory audit (PBC process).
• Strong working knowledge of statutory financial reporting, controls, and insurance accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own statutory financial reporting, including quarterly and annual NAIC filings.
• Lead the annual statutory audit and coordinate PBC processes.
• Coordinate schedules with accounting, actuarial and reinsurance teams.
• Document and maintain financial processes and internal controls for reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Office on data controls and reporting readiness.
• Develop audit-ready documentation for key financial processes and controls.
