Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Financial Reporting Lead in the United States to enhance accuracy, clarity, and consistency in insurance financial reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Insurance teams to ensure reliable, audit-ready data as Branch scales.

You will document and maintain financial processes, supporting efficient and accurate reporting across statutory filings and related analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance finance or accounting.
• Familiarity with GAAP and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze month-over-month changes in financial outcomes and provide clear reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with Data Office to define controls and data needs for accurate reporting.
• Develop audit-ready documentation for key processes and controls.
• Prepare and deliver NAIC financial statements and RBC-related analyses.
• Create an internal control testing framework for a growing audit function.
• Review cash handling processes and reconciliation procedures.
• Coordinate with Insurance and Compliance on data/regulatory requests for expansion or reporting.
• Contribute to special projects improving financial transparency and compliance.
