Responsibilities:

• Handle insurancedefense matters with minimal supervision
• Order and obtainrecords via subpoena (DWQ) and FOIA requests
• Review and analyzemedical records, including preparation of medical chronologies and paidvs. incurred charts
• Draft pleadings,including answers and motions
• E-file with Texas stateand federal courts
• Interview clients,drivers, and witnesses
• Communicate effectivelywith courts and opposing counsel
• Schedule depositions,mediations, and hearings
• Bill time accuratelyand consistently to meet 130+ hours per month

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4–5 years ofinsurance defense experience
• Strong knowledge ofTexas and federal court e-filing systems
• Excellentorganizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritizeand meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
