We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a mid-size, multi-jurisdictional firm. The role offers up to $170k base plus bonus, with a fully remote schedule and a strong trial-focused environment.

You will support insurance defense across professional liability, product liability, auto and construction matters, conduct strategic legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and contribute to business development for the New Jersey team.

Qualifications

• Support Insurance Defense Litigation across complex claims including professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic legal research analyzing case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support litigation strategies.
• Draft and manage litigation documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail.
• Contribute to client development by engaging in networking opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
