Travel within Texas is required. Prior insurance defense experience and/or jury trial experience is a plus. The firm offers a collegial atmosphere, opportunities for advancement to Shareholder, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required with Texas license.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a teamwork-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, trials.
• Collaborate with associates and partners to manage cases efficiently.
• Travel within Texas as needed to support cases and client needs.
