You will manage matters, take depositions, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements while collaborating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel. This role offers meaningful litigation responsibility in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience.
• Active Texas law license in good standing.
• Strong deposition, oral advocacy, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience with products liability, premises liability, auto liability, bad faith, or wrongful death is a plus.
