Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance defense experience.
• Experience in general liability defense and related practice areas.

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation
• Taking and defending depositions
• Motion practice and discovery
• Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Client communication and reporting
• Trial preparation
