Practice areas include Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise Liability and Products Liability. You will manage cases, take depositions, handle motions, court appearances, and trial

Formación

• At least 2 years of insurance defense experience.
• Experience handling defense matters across multiple practice areas is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation.
• Taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and discovery.
• Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Client communication and reporting, trial preparation.
