Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Independently handle litigation matters including appearances, assignments, and reporting

Draft motions and legal documents

Conduct depositions, hearings, and oral arguments

Negotiate settlements

Maintain consistent client communication and reporting

Manage cases with minimal supervision across insurance defense litigation areas

Qualifications – Needed

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active Bar license in California (Required)

Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Insurance Defense Litigation

Strong background in bodily injury defense, construction defect, or employment-related defense

Proven ability to independently manage litigation from intake to resolution

Excellent writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
