You will handle complex litigation in state and federal courts, delivering strategic counsel and collaborating with senior attorneys on high-stakes cases. The team supports remote practice with a collaborative, national network and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in California.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage work independently while collaborating in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance coverage litigation from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement documents.
• Prepare and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to assess coverage and risk exposure.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and updates.
• Balance multiple matters while producing high-quality work independently.
