Qualifications

• Strong Insurance Sales skills; identify client needs, present solutions, and close new business.
• Foundational knowledge of Insurance products; willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic understanding of Finance concepts to discuss coverage, premiums, and long-term financial protection.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and relationship building.
• Ability to work remotely in the US, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed to meet client schedules.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with professional interpersonal skills for client-facing work.
• Comfort using computers and CRM or sales software to manage client information and track activities.
• State insurance license (or eligibility and willingness to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
• Previous sales, customer-facing, or financial services experience is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated mindset, goal orientation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
