Modern Woodmen of America’s Nungesser Region in Georgia is seeking an Insurance Agent to help members protect their futures. You will build a personal client base, assess needs, and recommend appropriate coverage with an emphasis on service and integrity.

This commission-based role offers flexible scheduling, training and development, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive, community-focused environment. Prior sales or financial services experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented mindset and coachable attitude.
• Enthusiastic, positive demeanor with willingness to learn.
• Willingness to obtain state insurance license.
• College degree required (Bachelor’s).

Responsibilities

• Meet with client members to assess their insurance needs and recommend coverage.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Build and maintain a network of client members through referrals and community engagement.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes.
• Meet or exceed business development goals.
