The role emphasizes a 1099 compensation structure with incentives and quarterly bonuses, supported by a dedicated service rep and cutting-edge technology, with no office requirement for the first 2 years.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and business management skills.
• 2–5 years in the insurance/financial services industry preferred.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an independent agency within Horace Mann's framework.
• Present products to educators and groups; develop client relationships.
• Engage in networking, community and industry events to grow the business.
• Provide client service through a dedicated service representative and partners.
