Job summary

The Hunt Agency Inc is seeking a remote sales professional to help families secure their financial futures through life insurance, mortgage protection, and retirement solutions. You will guide qualified clients through the process, conduct virtual consultations, and build a long-term client base from company-provided and self-generated leads.

No cold calls and a consistent flow of interested clients are provided, with weekly meetings and trainings to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, customer service, or related field preferred (not required).
• Confident using technology and virtual communication tools.
• Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven.
• Professional presence over Zoom and the phone.
• Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Master our sales systems and product suite to serve clients effectively.
