Unlock Potential 360 is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative (Remote) to help individuals and families explore coverage options. You will contact clients who requested information, assess needs, and present protection solutions, guiding them through the enrollment process.

In this remote role, you’ll maintain ongoing client communication, nurture relationships, and work with coaching and training resources provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to pursue/state insurance license with provider support.
• Motivated, coachable and results-driven in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to clients who requested information about coverage.
• Review client needs and present protection options.
• Assist clients through the enrollment and selection process.
• Maintain follow-up and ongoing client communication.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust.
