- Strong skills in digital communication, CRM, and live video hosting.
- Self-motivated with high focus and home-office productivity.
- Ambition to master insurance sales and lead an agency.
Responsibilities
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
- Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
- Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
