Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements.
- Strong digital communication, CRM navigation, and virtual video hosting skills.
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fully remote, commission-driven role and potential for agency leadership.
Responsabilités
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
- Cultivate long-term client loyalty with regular follow-ups and annual reviews.
- Participate in daily training, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
