Ideal candidates are licensed or willing to complete pre-licensing, highly proficient with CRM tools, and driven to develop leadership opportunities within the agency.

Qualifications

Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing.
Proficient with digital communication tools and CRM navigation.
Self-starter able to maintain high focus and production in a work-from-home role.
Interest in leadership path within agency growth.

Responsibilities

Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
