Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for client interactions.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
• Basic computer skills are required to manage records and communications.
• No prior insurance experience is required — training and licensing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and recommend insurance products (Life, Health, Retirement, etc.).
• Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain positive relationships.
• Manage leads and follow up with potential clients (training provided).
• Stay current on industry standards and compliance requirements.
