Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent (or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements).
- High proficiency in digital communication tools, CRM navigation, and virtual video hosting.
- Self-starter capable of maintaining high focus and production in a work-from-home role.
- Strong desire to master insurance sales and potentially step into agency leadership.
- Flexible Operational Model: 4-day workweek options designed around high efficiency.
Responsabilités
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
- Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
- Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
