The role is 100% remote, with a modern 4-day workweek and global travel incentives. You’ll use turnkey marketing systems and warm leads to build relationships and close cases from your home office or preferred remote setting.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience and strong communication skills.
• State Life & Health License or be ready to earn one.
• Familiar with digital channels and remote client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through structured video calls and remote meetings.
• Assess financial needs and pair clients with carrier products.
• Guide applications from submission to policy delivery (underwriting management).
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and coaching.
• Maintain a balanced, remote-friendly schedule with 4-day work weeks.
