Job summary
Stratford Davis LLC is seeking ambitious individuals for a 100% remote Insurance Agent role. You will represent life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and annuity products via live video, while building relationships, managing pipelines, and delivering policy solutions.
The position offers flexible 4-day weeks, global work-from-home opportunities, and Elite coaching to accelerate growth. You will participate in daily training, leadership coaching, and collaborative sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements
- Proficient with digital communication tools, CRM navigation, and virtual video hosting
- Self-starter able to maintain high focus and production in work-from-home role
- Strong desire to master insurance sales and potentially step into agency leadership
Responsibilities
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
- Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
- Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops
