Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activity
• Work leads efficiently and consistently
• Schedule appointments with prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance and financial products
• Quote and sell auto, home, life, health, and financial services products
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent follow-up
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain daily activity while working remotely
• Provide timely activity updates to leadership
• Maintain compliance and documentation standards
• Participate in coaching, training, and performance reviews
