Hill & Usher in Phoenix seeks an Account Manager in Commercial Lines to join a growing team. Ideal candidates are out-of-the-box thinkers who excel in customer service, policy changes, and product knowledge. Must be willing to obtain or currently possess a Property and Casualty License.

Qualifications

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred. Willing to train the qualified individual.
• 1+ years of experience in insurance and/or customer service.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Generating insurance quotes and issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.).
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
