• Develop Inclusive and Impactful Instagram Strategies: Design long-term Instagram content plans aligned with our community growth and inclusion vision. Maintain an authentic voice that reflects a diverse team and emotionally intelligent messaging. Explore innovative formats such as Reels, carousels, and story series that foster connection.
• Craft Original Visual and Written Content: Collaborate with our creative team to produce visually engaging posts and graphics. Write captions that invite engagement and dialogue from people of all backgrounds. Maintain brand guidelines while giving creative flair to culturally resonant campaigns.
• Analyze and Respond With Heart: Use insights and feedback to understand what resonates with our audience. Implement ethical and human-centered improvements based on real data and community sentiment. Track growth, adjust strategy, and maintain a welcoming digital presence.
• Partner With Purpose: Coordinate campaigns with colleagues across departments—design, marketing, and community outreach. Highlight internal stories and team spotlights to celebrate the diverse people powering our mission. Contribute to inclusive planning meetings that shape content calendars together.
