Job summary

Truvista Fiber is expanding its fiber network across South Carolina and Georgia to offer speeds up to 5 Gbps. The Inside Sales Representative will match services to customer needs and build loyal, profitable relationships.

The role involves taking inbound calls, following up on leads, and closing sales while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting sales targets. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell new or upgrade services to both new and existing customers
• Manage sales leads by tracking and following up to close new sales and customer upgrades
• Work with sales and operations team members to generate sales leads
• Review existing accounts to identify and close new sales and service upgrade opportunities
• Provide world-class customer service, process orders for installation, activation, or changes
• Take ownership of customer billing or service complaints and resolve them
