Job summary

Truvista Fiber is seeking a Retail Sales Representative who consults with potential customers to match our services to their needs and builds loyal, profitable relationships in the Camden, SC area.

You will handle outbound and follow-up calls, manage leads, close upgrades, process orders, and participate in community events while meeting monthly sales objectives. This is an in-office role with a commission plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of related experience and/or training
• Industry experience and sales experience is preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Reliable transportation may be required to travel to alternate locations

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell new or upgrade services to new and existing customers
• Manage leads and follow up to close new sales and upgrades
• Attend local events, fairs, and community activities to generate leads
• Build rapport within the community to increase engagement and sales
• Review accounts to identify and close new sales and upgrades
• Process orders for service installation, activation, or change
• Determine charges, collect payments, and issue discontinuance orders
• Handle customer complaints regarding billing or services
• Meet monthly sales objectives per commission plan
• Occasional evening/Saturday work; may operate a company vehicle
