Job summary

Agent Alliance Inc. is seeking representatives who meet remotely with individuals who signed up for supplemental benefits. You will consult with families, explain options, and help select plans that fit their needs.

Successful reps are great communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and organized, with an entrepreneurial mindset and team orientation. Training is provided and weekly pay includes commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with members.
• Customer service orientation with ability to respond to questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who requested more information on the benefits offered.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with these members.
• Customize benefit plans to fit client needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support.
• Respond to client questions and resolve concerns.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

Their role is to consult with the family, explain the available options, and help them select the plan that best fits their needs. Successful reps are great communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and organized. They think like entrepreneurs and are committed team players.

Job Requirements:

• Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer
• Schedule Zoom meetings with these members
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
