HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Representative to reach homeowners in your assigned area, generate phone sales, and explain the benefits of HomeTeam's pest control services. Training is provided with a $500-$1000 training bonus, and first-year earnings target is $45K-$50K plus commission.

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass background and drug screening
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate and confident
• Outstanding listening skills with ability to navigate and consult with customers
• Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
• Must be a cooperative team player with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Reach out to current and prospective homeowners in your assigned area to generate phone sales
• Use patience and persistence to build long- term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
