Intertek is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a remote West Coast based position. This role supports the sales team across various activities including proposal development, onboarding, and internal coordination to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 6 yrs of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Gather client information to support proposal development and technical review.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales process and approvals.
• Prepare proposals and secure final approvals with technical teams.
• Maintain and update internal sales databases and reports.
• Support the sales process including solution development and proposal delivery.
• Send welcome packages as part of client onboarding.
• Assist client onboarding by collecting credit applications with the credit team.
• Submit documents for new account setup to HUB Centre if applicable.
• Participate in client calls and meetings; provide administrative support.
