National Debt Relief is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to guide prospective clients through debt relief options with empathy. You will enroll qualified clients and document discussions in Salesforce, while pursuing IAPDA certification.

The role is remote with varied hours, offering uncapped commissions. Base salary starts at $31,200 annually, with total first-year compensation around $85,000 and top earners up to $130,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or college associate degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Able to navigate sensitive conversations empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team.
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures.
• Accurately recall and document call information while using multiple computer systems.
• De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to clients.
