Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain before selling insurance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort initiating conversations with current customers and recommending protection.

• Sales-minded approach with a focus on customer needs.
• Strong organization and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to use quoting platforms, CRM, phone, email, and text.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing customers to review their insurance needs and current coverage.
• Conduct policy reviews at renewal and after changes in household, vehicles, property, or other needs.
• Identify opportunities to add policies (home, auto, renters, umbrella, motorcycle, boat, landlord).
• Discuss life insurance needs and coordinate with licensed team members.
• Ask questions to uncover gaps and explain protection clearly.
• Prepare quotes, explain recommendations, and ask for the sale.
• Follow up on recommendations and quotes.
• Help customers understand bundling opportunities and discounts.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in agency systems.
• Meet sales goals and activity expectations for outreach, conversations, quotes, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with the service team to address needs and ensure a smooth experience.
