Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clinical experience is required; CMA or CNA preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Research IP UM requests and ensure information completeness.
• Communicate with providers and team members to finalize actions.
• Maintain reference documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support discharge planning discussions and assist with system testing as needed.
