Qualifications

• Clinical experience is required.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• CMA or CNA preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Review IP UM requests and obtain necessary information and take action to close cases.
• Communicate with providers and team members to complete notifications in a compliant manner.
• Ensure timeliness and quality; meet regulatory and corporate standards.
• Discuss discharge planning with providers when needed and support system testing.
• Identify improvements to workflows and participate in system enhancements.
