Job summary

Parallon is seeking a work-from-home Coding Quality Audit Reviewer to lead internal quality assessments of HIM coders, ensuring coding compliance with national guidelines and company policies. The role focuses on accuracy, data integrity, and physician documentation quality to support appropriate reimbursement.

Your responsibilities include coordinating routine and incentive-driven reviews, monitoring coding accuracy, and supporting HSC teams with policy-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires strong quality review experience in inpatient/outpatient coding.
• Demonstrates expert level knowledge of coding practices and concepts.
• Adheres to coding guidelines and company policies.
• Reviews data quality standards and clinical documentation to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Leads and performs quality reviews for inpatient and/or outpatient coding across multiple sites.
• Ensures staff adherence to coding guidelines and policy.
• Maintains high productivity and accuracy metrics.
• Participates in special reviews or projects.
