Parallon, a division of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Coding Quality Audit Reviewer for a work-from-home role. You will assess internal coder quality, ensure compliance with national guidelines and company policies, and drive accuracy to support correct reimbursement.

Applicants should have inpatient/outpatient coding experience, with RHIA/RHIT/CCS credentials preferred. This role emphasizes policy adherence, data integrity, and education of the coding team.

Qualificações

• Inpatient facility coding experience required.
• DRG validation and coding quality auditing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of national coding guidelines and HSC policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and perform quality reviews for inpatient/outpatient coding across multiple HSCs.
• Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and policy.
• Maintain high productivity (≥95%) and accuracy (≥95%).
• Review data quality standards and clinical resources to keep coding current.
