Qualifications

• 3 years minimum in HIM in acute care with inpatient coding.
• Experience in auditing, education, or precepting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS-DRG assignment and coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Audit inpatient coding accuracy and MS-DRG assignments.
• Provide education and mentorship to coders.
• Assist with onboarding and development of educational resources.
• Collaborate with Coding Leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
